Shipping policy

At CODEONE, we ship worldwide. The following points detail shipping costs and available delivery options.

The preparation and shipping time for orders that do NOT include personalized jewelry is 48–72 hours. If the order includes personalized jewelry, the timeframe is 5 business days.

Important note:
We always prepare orders as quickly as possible. Our business hours are Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 14:00, so orders placed after 14:00 will be processed the next business day. Orders placed after Friday at 14:00 will be shipped starting Monday.

CODEONE is not responsible if your order does not arrive on time due to weather conditions, courier company issues, or high-volume sales periods (such as Black Friday, Christmas, or special promotions).

If 15 days pass since shipment and the package is returned because it was not collected by the customer, it will be sent back to our offices and a second shipment will not be sent free of charge. Therefore, please ensure you collect it within those 15 days. If any issue is detected with your shipment, we will contact you. If you notice your shipment is taking longer than expected, please contact us as soon as possible and we will gladly assist you.

You will receive a confirmation email once you complete your order.

Shipping within the Iberian Peninsula (Spain and Portugal): Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout, always offering the best available shipping options.

24-hour express shipping costs €6.30.
