RETURNS:
The time period to request a return of an item is 14 calendar days from the date of delivery of the order.
It is essential that the products are in perfect condition and have not been used. It will always be the customer's responsibility to provide the appropriate packaging for the return shipment to CODEONE and ensure that it arrives in perfect condition.
In what cases are refunds issued?
- The customer receives the order damaged . In this case, CODEONE will cover the return shipping costs. Please email us at devoluciones@codeone.es and we will arrange for the order to be collected at no cost to you.
- The product is not what the customer expected and they wish to return it . In this case, the return shipping costs (€9.95) are the customer's responsibility.

What steps should I follow to make a change?
The time period for making a change to a product is 14 calendar days from the date of delivery of the order .
Email us at devoluciones@codeone.es to let us know you want to exchange your item and include your order number. Please specify your full name or order number so we can process your request quickly.
When the product received is not to the customer's liking or the size is incorrect and they wish to exchange it, this You will be responsible for the shipping costs (€9.95) for collecting the incorrect product and sending the corrected product, as well as any price difference.

How and when will I receive my refund?
Once the return is approved, you will receive the amount back in the same way you made your purchase, either through a refund via PayPal or a refund to your credit card.
After approving the refund, you will receive a confirmation email indicating that the amount will be credited to your account within the next 7-10 days after notification.
WARRANTY
All CODEONE items come with a 2-month warranty from the date of delivery. The warranty only applies in cases of manufacturing defects, provided the damage was not caused by misuse.
