Shipping and Delivery

At CODEONE, we ship worldwide. The following sections detail the costs and the different shipping options.
The preparation and shipping time for orders that do NOT include personalized jewelry is 48/72 hours. If the order includes personalized jewelry, it is 5 business days.
The delivery time for express shipments is 24 hours. This shipping method is available for orders placed before 12:30 PM.
If the order is placed after 12:30 PM, it will be shipped starting the next day.
Important note:
We will always prepare your orders so you can receive them as soon as possible. Our working hours are Monday to Friday from 10 am to 2 pm, so orders placed after 2 pm will be processed starting the next business day. Orders placed after 2 pm on Friday will be shipped starting Monday.
At CODEONE, we are not responsible if your order does not arrive on time due to weather problems, problems with the courier company or periods of high sales volume (such as Black Friday, Christmas or special promotions such as occasional discounts).
If more than 15 days have passed since your shipment was dispatched and it is returned because the customer did not collect it, these packages will be returned to our offices and we will not provide a second free shipment. Therefore, please ensure you receive your package within the 15-day period. We will contact you if we detect any issues with your shipment, and if you notice that your shipment is taking too long to arrive, please contact us as soon as possible and we will be happy to assist you.
You will receive a confirmation email once you complete your order.
