RETURNS

The period to request a return is 14 calendar days from the delivery date of the order.

Products must be in perfect condition and unused. It is always the customer’s responsibility to provide suitable packaging to send the return to CODEONE so that it arrives in perfect condition.

In which cases are returns accepted?

  • Order received in खराब condition: In this case, CODEONE will cover the corresponding shipping costs. Please email devoluciones@codeone.es and we will arrange collection of the order at no cost to you.

  • Product not as expected: If the customer wishes to return it, the return shipping cost (€9.95) must be paid by the customer.

To return your order, please send an email to devoluciones@codeone.es, and our customer service team will assist you as soon as possible.

EXCHANGES

What steps should I follow to request an exchange?
The period to request an exchange is 14 calendar days from the delivery date of the order.

Email devoluciones@codeone.es informing us of your intention to exchange and indicating your order number. You must specify your full name or order number so we can process your request quickly.

If the customer does not like the product or selected the wrong size and wishes to exchange it, they must cover the shipping costs (€9.95) corresponding to the collection of the incorrect product and shipment of the replacement product, as well as any price difference if applicable.

Once payment is received, we will ship the new items and collect those the customer wishes to return.

In all cases, products to be exchanged must be in perfect condition and show no signs of use; otherwise, no exchange can be processed.

How and when will I receive my refund?

Once the return is approved, you will receive the refund using the same method you used for payment, either via PayPal or a refund to your credit card.

After approval, you will receive a confirmation email stating that the amount will be credited to your account within 7–10 days after notification.

WARRANTY

All CODEONE items have a 2-month warranty from the delivery date of the order. The warranty only applies in cases of manufacturing defects and does not cover damage caused by misuse. Our customer service team will carefully assess whether the defect was caused by improper use of the items.
